ICEO USA Summer Work / Travel Program will not only enrich your current team with qualified, motivated, and dependable international participants on a seasonal basis, but will also allow you to explore cultural exchange aspects of our programs. ICEO participants are university or college students from around the world who join ICEO program during their summer school breaks.

ICEO greatly values participation of U.S. host companies in our programs. Our services are free of charge to U.S. host companies and include dedicated support through every step of the placement and hosting process.

How it Works

Step 1

U.S. host company contacts ICEO to join ICEO USA Summer Work / Travel Program.

ICEO screens and pre-selects candidates from over 20 different countries based on the host company’s requests and guidelines.

Host company interviews pre-selected candidates. Variety of interview options are available including ICEO organized overseas recruitment events.

Host company makes the final selection of the candidates.

ICEO arranges administrative details including visa and travel.
